  • Realtime - Let our reporters provide you with the hookup for an instant transcript. We will provide cabling and support for LiveNote and Summation.

  • Internet Realtime - Connect clients or colleagues to your deposition from a remote location. Our reporters can provide a realtime transcript to anyone, anywhere using LiveNote and DepoStream. Please contact us for additional information.

  • Videotaping - Our in-house Certified Legal Video Specialist is here to provide professional services and present you with a digital or VHS copy of the deposition. We can also provide synchronization of your video to the transcript.

  • E-Transcript - We will email the transcript to you upon completion at no extra charge.

  • Standard One-Week Delivery - Most rush requests are handled without additional charge.

  • Conference Room - Our largest room accommodates seating for 10. Speakerphone and fax. There is no charge to reserve our rooms.

  • Daily Confirmation - Our staff will call you in advance and confirm deposition details.

  • Litigation Support - E-Transcript, ASCII, Summation, Amicus, Word, WordPerfect. Condensed Transcript and Word Index

  • Color Copies - Quality in-house color-copying of exhibits is provided.

  • Referrals - Call us for a court reporter in other cities and states.
